When two gunshots in Bucks County on Saturday morning left three people dead, police SWAT teams surrounded the residence where Andre Gordon, 26, is believed to have escaped and taken hostages in Trenton, New Jersey.
Update: After the suspect in the fatal shootings in Bucks County early on Saturday morning took hostages in Trenton, New Jersey, police are releasing an update.
Following several shooting deaths in different situations in Levittown, Bucks County, on Saturday morning, police are continuing to provide updates.
Police say that they are looking for Andre Gordon, 26, after three people were shot and murdered on Saturday morning. The incident happened along the unit block of Viewpoint Lane in Levittown and started at around 8:52 a.m.
Authorities have retrieved a 2016 dark gray Honda CRV, registered in Pennsylvania as KFR 1534, bearing a white lettered ‘Namaste’ sticker on the right side of the rear bumper. The vehicle is believed to have been stolen, according to the police.
Additionally, as of 1 p.m., authorities said that SWAT units from the police had surrounded the residence on Trenton’s Phillips Avenue, where it is thought he fled.
Police say they were notified at 12:22 p.m. that Gordon was holding hostages and was locked in a house on Phillips Avenue; they did not specify how many hostages he may have seized or who the hostages could be.
What is currently known
Police said that Gordon is suspected of shooting and killing two residents of a house on that block early on Saturday morning, sparking the violence.
Following the gunshot, Gordon is thought to have slain a second victim on the Levittown unit block of Edgewood Lane at around 9:01 a.m., according to the police.
Then, at roughly 9:13 a.m., authorities think Gordon stole a car at gunpoint from the Dollar General parking lot on Bristol Pike in Morrisville.
Officials stated that the carjacking did not result in any injuries to the victim.
Gordon was known to all of the victims, according to the police, with the exception of the carjacking victim.
According to officials, Gordon is thought to be homeless at the moment and is connected to the Trenton, New Jersey, area.
Gordon’s slim frame and approximate height of six feet, one inch were reported by law enforcement officials. Gordon was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
According to the police, he used an assault weapon to carry out these acts.
According to authorities, Gordon might potentially be in possession of more firearms.

Police claim that there have been multiple gunshot casualties, but they have not yet disclosed the location of the shootings. They have also stated that it is unknown whether the shootings were premeditated or not.
